Rise & Shine is run by Russell and Lynn Curwen. Russell visits homes to understand what customers want before quoting, and customers tell us that matters: one review on our Facebook page says “after meeting Russell, I knew my cleaning needs would be met with professionalism”.
Our cleaners are employed by us, carefully selected and trained in the way we clean. They often work in pairs or small teams, arrive in uniform and wear ID. We try to send the same people each time so you get to know them.

Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No. Our cleaners arrive with the products and equipment they need. We use eco-friendly products as standard. If you'd prefer us to use something specific in your home, let us know and we'll talk it through.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We always try to send the same cleaner or team. Because our cleaners are employed by us, we can also arrange cover from the team when someone is ill or on holiday, rather than your cleaning simply stopping.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Many of our regular customers are out at work. We can hold a key for you or work with a key safe, and we'll agree the arrangement with you before the first clean.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Rise & Shine carries public liability insurance and our prices include it. We're happy to share the details when you book.
How often can you clean?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly for regular cleaning, or one-off cleans when you need them. Commercial cleaning can be scheduled daily or several times a week.
